Lori Arnold  I  Broker-Owner  I

Lori Arnold joined her family’s business in the late 1980s and has grown the business to regional and national prominence. When Lori and her husband John became owners in 1990, the company was a 1 office operation with 5 agents and no national affiliation. Today the company has 15 locations with over 625 associates serving Dallas-Fort Worth, Waco and the surrouding areas and is recognized as one of the leading real estate firms both locally and nationally. Coldwell Banker Apex is a Top Ten Coldwell Banker affiliate company and the largest woman owned & operated Coldwell Banker in the US. Nationally, Coldwell Banker Apex ranks as the top 100 Largest Real Estate Firm in the United States per the Power Broker Survey by RisMedia. Josh Arnold  I  In-House Counsel  I

Josh grew up with real estate in his blood. His grandparents sold real estate, his parents sold real estate, and at 18 years old, Josh started to sell real estate in the summers between college. Flash forward to today, Josh is a proud “Triple Bear” after earning his BBA, MBA, and JD from Baylor University. Shortly after graduating, Josh married his best friend and high school sweetheart Natalie, and they live with their two chogs (child + dog) Roxie and Daisy. Josh loves to travel, eat oversized donuts and work on his landscaping in his yard.

What happens when you mix creativity, ingenuity and firecrackers together? You get Natalie. Natalie is a Baylor University graduate and has worked in various roles in the real estate world, including being a real estate agent. While she was an agent, she helped buyers and sellers across the Metroplex find their new place to call home. Eventually, she was poached away from the agent side and asked to use her marketing prowess for the benefit of all Apex agents. Her and her husband Josh Arnold have 2 chogs (child + dogs) named Roxie and Daisy. You can find Natalie at a piano, doing something outdoorsy, or scrolling down the Pinterest rabbit-hole.

Julie Brown  I  Director of Career Development  I

Julie is the go to girl at helping agents find their home at Apex. After a stellar career as both an agent and a sales manager, Julie found a new passion in help agents set an upward trajectory for their careers. Julie know the ins-and-outs of the Texas licensing requirements as well as the steps need to make a smooth and successful transition from another brokerage. Julie is the proud mother of a TCU Horned Frog, and she loves spending time with her friends and family. 

Deborah Diviney  I  Sales Manager for the McKinney Office  I

North Carolina born and raised, this Carolina girl got to Texas as fast as she could.  Deborah dreams of watching a sunset as she hears the waves crashing onto the beach with Jimmy Buffet playing in the background. For now though, she works diligently assisting her agents and mentoring them to become the best they can be. With over 16 years real estate experience which included years of relocation, Deborah feels that she has seen the market go up and down and at Coldwell Banker Apex, which she has been at since 2011, she now manages the McKinney office and has grown the office from 32 agents to a local powerhouse. She loves sports, sports and did I mention she loves sports. She also loves her husband of 23 years and has 2 very successful children who she begs daily to start giving her grandchildren.

Kevin Dydalewicz  I  Sales Manager for the Allen Office  I

Kevin joined Coldwell Banker Apex in 2011 as a top producer. Kevin then stepped into a leadership role and helped the Allen office become one of the fastest growing offices within Coldwell Banker Apex, with a focus on quality and not quantity of its agents. Kevin is certified as a Global Luxury Specialist with Coldwell Banker as well as a certified TREC Instructor. Kevin and his wife Kimberly are the proud parents of two boys, Kaden and Knox. Kevin’s hobbies include hunting, golf, travel, and spending time with family.

Debbie Holland  I  Director of Education  I

Debbie began her career in commercial real estate in the bi-centennial year of 1976 when gas was less than 60 cents a gallon!  A native of Detroit, Debbie still loves the Motown sound and, “Dancing in the Streets”.  Starting her career in commercial real estate, Debbie’s claim to fame is meeting, working with and even socializing with the original cast of “Dallas”.  The mother of 3 kids and 2 grandkids, Debbie loves to travel and considers, “The Big Apple, NYC” one of her favorite places to go.  As the Director of Education for Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors, Debbie changes hats often. From training new agents to composing the syllabus for continuing education and coordinating award ceremonies and events, Debbie’s hidden talents are always being discovered and refined.

Jodi Kerby  I  Sales Manager for the Richardson & North Dallas Offices  I

Jodi’s career at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors began so long ago there wasn’t even GPS or electronic key boxes.  After years of honing her skills listing and selling residential real estate, in 2015 she decided to cross to the other side to help guide the agents that make Coldwell Banker Apex the dynamic company it is.  Jodi and her husband have 5 kids and 8 grandkids.  No stranger to cold and snow, Jodi grew up in upstate New York and still goes back “home” each summer to wander the hills and valleys, enjoy the wineries and go junking along the way.

Deborah Lace  I  Sales Manager for the Rockwall Office  I

Having joined CB Apex in 1994, Deborah has never looked back!  She consistently ranked in the Top 5% of Companywide Individuals and left her full-time agent career with a “bang” by earning the Top Individual Agent Award in 2011!  In January 2012, she joined our leadership team and became the Sales Leader for our Rockwall Office!  She loves her job, her agents and as she says, “bleeds blue”!  Deborah’s ties to our company run deep as her Dad was an agent with Lori’s Mom and Dad (Charles and Millie Hendricks) who started Apex Realty in 1973!  Deborah puts her experience and knowledge of the industry to work for her agents on a daily basis!  Most recently, the Rockwall Office earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Office Award, which is the top award a Coldwell Banker office can receive.  We were thrilled to learn that the Rockwall Office was the only Coldwell Banker Office in the DFW Area to achieve this distinction!  Deborah and her husband have one daughter and have lived in the DFW areas for 20+ years!

I began my love affair with real estate 24 years ago by selling new homes. After 3 years, I decided to get my real estate license and the rest is history. I will be celebrating my 21st anniversary with Coldwell Banker Apex in August 2017. I will also be celebrating 5 years as a sales leader in July 2017, a position that I truly cherish.  As a former top producer, I love sharing my expertise and passion of real estate and am dedicated to helping my agents’ commitment to mastering their real estate skills and achieving their goals. I have been blessed with 4 children, 4 grandchildren (1 more on the way). My other love is the ocean, beaches, and sunsets on the water which has always my relaxation and vacation destination.

Amy Smith  I  Sales Manager for the Rowlett & Forney/Terrell Offices  I

Amy began her real estate career in the 90’s working for a DFW land developer that built master planned communities. After performing many jobs within the company, Amy obtained her real estate license and began her career in residential real estate in 2000.  Amy joined Coldwell Banker Apex in February of 2002 and never looked back. Amy handled several large foreclosure accounts that resulted in closing hundreds of residential transactions.  In December of 2015, Amy made the leap into the world of agent leadership. Amy’s knowledge of real estate and love of seeing agents succeed drives her hands on approach. Amy is married to the love of her life and best friend Mike. Together they have two sons, Colby 12 and Hunter 10. A true “BoyMom” she can be found on weekends at a baseball field rooting for one of her boys.  In her free time, she loves to shop, have dinner with girlfriends and work on Pinterest projects.

Ginny Taylor  I  Director of Global Relocation Services  I

With the growing demand on relocation services within our firm, Ginny was brought on a little over a year-ago.  Ginny is a true veteran of the relocation industry having served in almost every capacity during her career. Around here, she’s known as our in-house “Relo Guru”. When asked how long she’s been in the business, it’s not uncommon to hear her reply, “When Noah parked the Ark and walked out… I was standing there to welcome them as their new destination specialist!” With a career that includes banking, title, real estate, relocation management and more, Ginny brings a well-rounded perspective offering an incredible depth of experience and advocacy to their relocation needs (Hense… Relo Guru). Ginny has served on many industry boards and councils and is often a sought-after speaker within the relocation industry. Ginny has two children, three grandchildren and two wonderfully spoiled-rotten Schnauzers in her life. She loves designing jewelry in her spare time, loves to travel, and having fun with her family and friends.

Glynn Wingard  I  Sales Manager for the Plano Office  I

Glynn was born in Springfield, MA (the only Yankee in his family) but fortunately was raised in the south having lived in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida before making Texas his home in 2005.  He is often referred to as a “true southern gentleman” because it is just second nature to him to hold doors open for others, to seat ladies at the dinner table and to stand up when a lady enters the room. A graduate of the University of Tennessee (the “other UT” – GO VOLS!), Glynn holds a degree in Food Tourism & Lodging.  He had an extensive career in the private club field having served as General Manager for several country and city clubs.  In addition, Glynn taught Hospitality Management for a number of years as an Associate Professor at Walters Sate Community College.  During that time Glynn saw a need and filled a niche by starting his own business focused on grocery delivery services to the chalets and cabins in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Glynn made a career change to real estate, his true calling, when he relocated to Texas with his wife, Beverly, and their two boys.  Since then he has never looked back! Glynn is an active member of The Kiwanis Club of McKinney and enjoys participating in the club’s special events that serve the residents of Collin County.
